Father's Day!

I'm a bit late posting this one ... and because I was stupid and left the final piece up north I will be delayed posting a pic of it ...
* It's a porcupine ... in the works ... my dad hates these things - there is one, literally, eating the wooden sidings off our farmhouse.

I wanted to send out thank you's to everyone that sent me gifts or cards while I was in the hospital and recovering at home - I wanted something more personal so here they are ...

Started painting again :) This piece started out as one to illustrate misgivings, a feeling I've been having often of late it seems ... yet somehow I changed my mind along the way ... and this little blushing squirrel emerged.
